On April 30, 2003 the Cyprus Government announced its general policy on a package of measures for the Turkish Cypriots, that given the continued non-solution of the Cyprus problem, would provide them with the ability to enjoy the rights and benefits which the Republic of Cyprus grants to its citizens.
