The President of the Republic of Cyprus Demetris Christofias will visit New York on 23 September 2012 to attend the 67th Session of the UN General Assembly. President Christofias will address the General Debate on 25 September, the opening day of the UN General Assembly. On 24 September, the President of Cyprus will deliver a speech at the High-level Plenary Meeting of the General Assembly on the Rule of Law. Συνήλθε στην έδρα του ΟΗΕ η Δέκατη Διάσκεψη των Ηνωμένων Εθνών για την Τυποποίηση Γεωγραφικών Ονομάτων στην Νέα Υόρκη από 31 Ιουλίου μέχρι και 9 Αυγούστου και η Εικοστή Έβδομη Σύνοδος της Ομάδας Εμπειρογνωμόνων των Ηνωμένων Εθνών για τα Γεωγραφικά Ονόματα στην Νέα Υόρκη στις 30 Ιουλίου και στις 10 Αυγούστου 2012.
